At Blackhorse NIL, our leadership team comprises three former Army Officers, each bringing a wealth of military and commercial experience to the table. We fully understand and have lived the mission of the United States Military on an intimate level and have firsthand experience with the challenges and nuances associated with recruiting

Blackhorse NIL specializes in connecting the Military with potential recruits through strategic partnerships with college student-athletes. We identify target audiences, select and vet athletes, create compliant and engaging content, and manage campaigns that align with government recruitment goals and national defense priorities. Our data-driven approach, rigorous compliance procedures, and detailed reporting ensure impactful and measurable results.
